Introduction

PCL impact sand making machine (vertical shaft impact crusher ) is a machine that material crushed on its own. It is a high efficienty and low consumption machine which developed on the basis of advanced technology from foreign countries and also it is the most advanced machine which can be your first choice for mediumsized and fine sand crushing in domestic. Superiority shows when compared with other models of crushers. This machine usually works with the hydraulic protected jaw crusher can deal with metallurgy dregs, especially sand for construction and roadbuilding.

Working principle 
Material is sent to the impact crusher by feeder, after being separated by distributor, some go to the high-speed rotating impeller which rapidly being 
accelerated. And the material is threw out of the passageway in the impeller in a speed of 60-70m/s, it first impacts with material from the around of 
disturbutor then together they come to the lining board and rebound to the top of the vortex chamber. At this time, the material changes its direction 
of movement to downward. With the function of the above movement, material in the impact crusher forms a continuous screen.
