The tank of this flotation machine is round equipped with bubble remover, bubble collector and ore discharging mouth as well as high-efficient level control system.
In the flotation separating process, the ore pulp flows through the flotation cell into the adjustable tailing down flow weir, and is absorbed on the impeller of the next cell, where it will get full mixing and inflation by the flotation machine again. The particles that are too heavy to flow into the down flow weir will be discharged from the sand discharging mouth in order to prevent the coarse particles from depositing inside the flotation cell. In the flotation separating process, the air amount through the ore pulp is determined by the circle rotary speed of the impeller of the flotation machine. In the practical production, we often make it as 7-10m/s. In addition, increasing the rotary rate of the impeller will increase the amount of the air; however, this will over mix the ore pulp on some conditions, increase the impeller abrasion and energy consumption of the flotation machine and influence the production quality and shorten the service life of the machine. If necessary, we can increase the pressure inside the vertical pipe using an outside air blower and add air to it so as to relieve the abrasion of the impeller.
