1. hammer crusher’s rotor speed and power. In the technical parameters of hammer crusher, power and speed of the rotor is related to the hammer’s impact degree, hence affect the service life of hammer;
2. material structure and quality of the hammer. Material structure of hammer affects the mechanical properties after heat treatment. To carry out the reasonable casting process and heat treatment process is an effective method to deal with the fracture of the hammer in early use;
3. block and hardness of materials. Block and hardness of materials is proportional to the requirements of hammer’s material, using appropriate hammer to crush materials of different physical properties helps to prolong the service life of hammer.
