Below are the basic principles of various rotary dryer machine such as industrial rotary dryer,three drum dryer,only by follow the principle in drying wet materials can we make maximize usage of rotary dryer machine with minimum cost of capital,ground,manpower,material sources and other cost of production.
Wet type material here refers to the combination of material and water. Wet materials can be divided into
1 capillary porous materials, water depends mainly on the force capillary binding in the material, such as sand, silica, active carbon, porous ceramic, bonding strength of small water material, they are easy to be dried;
2 colloidal materials, water penetration with material combined with the dominant forms, such as rubber, flour, this kind of material is usually high viscosity, high strength combined with water, is difficult to be dried;
3 capillary porous colloidal materials,has nature of above two kinds of substance, such as coal, clay, wood, fabric, leather grain, but these materials also have different in water binding forms, thus decide the different dehydration conditions under the same circumstance.The shape of the material has great influence on drying, such as particles,larger particles is more hard to drying than small particles;and for bulk material, small thinness is easier to drying than thickness.
