Among them, chute feeder is one of the leading products of our company, it can be installed on the ground or onto discharge port of ore bin. The chute soleplate makes reciprocating motion, the frequency of stroke is 20-60 times /min, the length of stroke is 20-200mm. The length of stroke can be adjusted properly by the eccentric wheel of driving device, the length of eccentric throw is the half of the length of stroke. According to the production practice of some dressing plants, for the viscous ore, the length of eccentric throw shall not be less than 30mm. The chute feeder groove width is about 2-2.5 times of the maximum feed size. The most large chute feeder, can meet the needs of iron ore with feed size less than 500mm. The most commonly used specification is 980*1240 chute feeder, the feed size of it is 350-0mm, suitable for the feeding equipment of 400*600 jaw crusher .
