2020-09-07 11:20Introduction:Second Case of all-mud cyanide gold extraction -- New Occidental Gold Mine The ore at New Occidental consists of fine gold silicified SLATE and sandstone, containing gold 8.7g/t, approximately 1 percent chalcopyrite and 1-2 per cent magnet
The ore at New Occidental consists of fine gold silicified SLATE and sandstone, containing gold 8.7g/t, approximately 1 percent chalcopyrite and 1-2 per cent magnetite.
The overflow during leaching contains 0.06% NaCN and 0.007%CaO.The leaching agent consumption is NaCN1.14kg/ton of raw ore, CaO1.4kg/ton of raw ore, and PbO 300g/ton of raw ore.Grinding pulp thickening the overflow solution (including gold) by clarifying, deoxidization and Zinc powder replacement gold deposits and gold output after roasting and oxidant for smelting, output high copper and gold ingots, with it sulfur melting to remove a number of copper, output gold 86%, silver4% and base metals (mainly copper) 10% of the gold ingot quality. The recovery rate of gold is 91%.Although the factory has stopped production, its production experience has certain practical significance.
