Q -- slurry flow  rate(m3/ h);
                      Cp -- gold solution content in slurry (g/m3);

 
AH -- the adsorption capacity  of the reborn resin(g/kg);

                    Ap -- residual capacity of regenerated resin(g/kg);

ε-- gold recovery rate (%);

                  2.5 -- conversion coefficient of resin from dry base to wet base;

When cyanidation leaching and adsorption are carried out simultaneously, Q is the ore processing capacity P(tons/hour), and Cp can be replaced by ore gold content C(g/ton). At this time, the calculation formula of resin flowmeter is:

Generally, a batch of exchange resin is added every one hour according to the calculated value, and the amount of resin transferred between the tanks should be uniform and equal, without drastic changes, so as to guarantee the uniform resin concentration in the adsorption tanks.
