Working principle of Raymond mill:

By driving the central shaft rotation through the double belt modular structure,the top of shaft is connected to the star rack,roller and star rack is installed to dynamic grinding system,and form the swinging pivot.In the star rack rotating,the roller is subjected to centrifugar force to press the outer ring,forming a complete sets of grinding combination,the roller is rotated by friction force when roller is in revolution orbit around the ring.Fit shovel knife system,which is located in forward and below of roller,threw the material to feed into the area between roller and ring and formed material layer in the running,the material is crushed by the layer produced extrusion and friction,to achieve the crushing purpose.
